MCU fans last saw Charlie Cox as Daredevil in Season 3 of his show on Netflix. While petitions have gone out to see the return of the Man Without Fear, there hasn't been any word on whether he'll make a triumphant return in the movies. After the cancellations of all of Marvel's Netflix shows, it was reported that the streaming giant would retain the rights of the characters for at least two years. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige spoke to BET last year about the possibility of seeing the Marvel Netflix heroes in the MCU.

I don’t know. There were a lot of great characters that were on those Netflix series, and I think there is a period of time…it’ll be a while before we could use any of them based on what the contracts were, so I’m not sure. And also, even answering that question is a spoiler. But there are some great Marvel characters there.

While fans are eagerly awaiting Daredevil's return, there's no evidence yet that he'll make an appearance in the movies.

The untitled third solo Spider-Man film stars Tom Holland and Zendaya. Director John Watts is expected to helm the project, with a release date set for July 16, 2021.
