Star Wars fan Kevin Smith finally revealed who he plays in J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker

Smith appears in the scene on Kijimi -- the home planet of Zorii Bliss and Bubu Frik. As Poe and the team avoid detection by patrolling Stormtroopers, they pass a cyborg walking beside a bundled-up local. Smith plays the Kijimi local.

Smith made the reveal on Facebook and thanked J.J. Abrams for allowing him to be a part of the new trilogy. "You gave me a rare sensation I haven’t had since I was an action figure collecting kid in 1983 when you let me come over to your house to play Star Wars with you!" he wrote.

Smith previously voiced a Stormtrooper in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
