Kevin Conroy, who voiced Bruce Wayne on Batman: The Animated Series and Batman: Beyond, is set to star as an older Bruce Wayne on The CW's "Crisis on Infinite Earths." Though no photos of Conroy on set have leaked, the actor did make an appearance Sunday at New York Comic-Con while displaying a full beard.
Conroy posted a photo to his Twitter account alongside fellow actor Will Friedle. What makes his NYCC appearance interesting is he was flown to New York from the "Crisis on Infinite Earths" Vancouver set, meaning his older Bruce Wayne will more than likely also be sporting a beard for the Arrowverse blockbuster event.
"Crisis on Infinite Earths" has a star-studded list of guest stars. Smallville stars Tom Welling and Erica Durance, Black Lightning's Cress Williams, Batman 1966 star Burt Ward, Legends of Tomorrow's Jonah Hex and The Flash triple-threat John Wesley Shipp are among those appearing the crossover. Supernatural alum Osric Chau will also make his Arrowverse debut as Ryan Choi, the new Atom.
"Crisis on Infinite Earths" begins Sunday, December 8 at 8 pm ET/PT on Supergirl, then continues in Batwoman on Monday, December 9 at 8 pm ET/PT and in The Flash on Tuesday, December 10 at 8 pm ET/PT. After the winter hiatus, the crossover will conclude on Tuesday, January 14 in Arrow at 8 pm ET/PT and in DC's Legends of Tomorrow at 9 pm ET/PT.
