Keanu Reeves Takes on Russian Hit Men in Siberia Trailer

Keanu Reeves has been experiencing something of an action movies renaissance as of late. The trailer for his next upcoming film, Siberia, follows this trend, placing Reeves at the heart of a mob quarrel involving diamonds.

The film will follow Lucas Hill (Reeves), a diamond merchant who heads to Russia to sell rare blue diamonds. Of course, not all is at it seems and the diamonds aren’t all they’re cracked up to be -- in fact, they’re fakes. Lucas is pulled ever further down the diamond trade rabbit hole when he starts a concerning relationship with Katya (Ana Ularu).

Reeves has been on an action movie streak ever since he remerged as a stone-cold killer in 2014’s John Wick. Since then, Reeves starred in the sequel, John Wick: Chapter 2, which released in 2017, and is slated to return to the franchise with John Wick 3: Parabellum in 2019. Reeves will also star in the sci-fi thriller Replicas this year and return to his old stomping ground with Bill & Ted Face the Music, which does not have a release date.
