A new trailer for BOOM! Studios' BRZRKR has premiered, is narrated by none other than Keanu Reeves, the story's writer.

On the video, which was posted on the publisher's official YouTube channel, Reeves speaks as the immortal mercenary B, who is haunted by his centuries-long existence. "Violence...I'm cursed and compelled by it. An undying harbinger of death," he laments. B then explains that he undertakes missions for the U.S. government in order to find out the truth of his existence -- and how to end it.

Reeves co-created BRZRKR with Matt Kind (Mind MGMT) and Ron Garney (Captain AmericaWolverine). The series had a wildly impressive campaign on Kickstarter, and currently serves as the best selling comic since Marvel's relaunch of the Star Wars comic in 2014. To date, over 600,000 copies of BRZRKR #1 have been sold -- leading to a slight delay for the print release date as demand for copies has gone up.

BOOM! Studios has also provided a series of variant covers for the first issue, with artists including Jonboy Myers (Spawn) and Lee Bermejo (Batman: Noel) as illustrators. Reeves will also provide a signature for the Myers cover.

Written by Keanu Reeves & Matt Kindt and illustrated by Ron Garney, BRZRKR #1 goes on sale on March 3 from BOOM! Studios.
