Today, news broke that Marvel Studios was developing a WandaVision spinoff series starring Kathryn Hahn's Agatha Harkness for the Disney+ streaming service. However, Agatha's planned spinoff isn't the only place Marvel fans can expect to see Hahn reprise her witchy role in the near future.

According to Deadline, Hahn's spinoff is actually part of a larger deal she has inked with Marvel Studios, which calls for her to reprise the role of Agatha across the Marvel Cinematic Universe, both on Disney+ and on the big screen. That being said, beyond the Agatha Harkness spinoff, it remains to be seen exactly which other Marvel shows and movies Hahn will pop up in as part of her contract.

Hahn made her MCU debut in Marvel Studios' first Disney+ original series, WandaVision, which aired its nine episodes on the platform earlier this year. In WandaVision's seventh episode, "Breaking the Fourth Wall," it was revealed that Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision's (Paul Bettany) nosy neighbor, Agnes (Hahn), was actually Agatha Harkness all along.

Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Agatha Harkness first appeared in 1970's Fantastic Four #94. In Marvel Comics canon, Agatha is a skilled witch who survived the Salem Witch Trials and went on to mentor none other than Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch -- a name the MCU's version of Wanda finally adopted in WandaVision. Olsen's Scarlet Witch is slated to return in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which releases in theaters on March 25, 2022.
