Katee Sackhoff's Amunet Black is headed back to The Flash.On Twitter, Sackhoff shared a short boomerang video. In it, she holds a script for an episode of The Flash. She covers the show logo with her right hand, showing off finger nails that have been painted black. However, she kept all other details under wraps, including the episode name and number. Further, it is unclear if she has any involvement in the upcoming "Crisis on Infinite Earths" crossover event.
Created by Geoff Johns and Ethan van Sciver, Blacksmith (aka Amunet Black) was introduced in 2001’s The Flash: Iron Heights #1. Possessing the superhuman ability to mold metal with her mind, she debuted on The CW series in Season 4's "Girls Night Out." Operating under the codename Blacksmith, she runs a crime ring out of Central City. This crime ring has been known to traffic metahumans, among other offenses. Killer Frost worked for her for some time, leading Amunet to clash with Team Flash on several occasions.
