Kaguya Otsutsuki was one of the most powerful characters in the world of Naruto at one point. She arrived on earth a millennium ago with Isshiki. She ended up eating the Chakra Fruit of the God Tree, making her nigh-invincible.
Kaguya was a fearsome villain whose powers went beyond human comprehension. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto and Sasuke's combined effort certainly didn't prove to be enough to stop her. Only a handful of Boruto characters can stand up to her in combat and even fewer have what it takes to defeat her.
7 Boruto Uzumaki Can Access Momoshiki's Power
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' protagonist, Boruto Uzumaki, is an extremely capable ninja whose strength is enough to earn praise from everyone in the village. On top of being a genius, Boruto is special because he has Momoshiki Otsutsuki' Karma. Thanks to it, he can access Momoshiki's Power, however, he certainly doesn't have full control over it yet.
When he unleashes his maximum power, he becomes strong enough to kill the likes of Boro in a single attack, which is nothing short of impressive. What's more, Boruto's power keeps growing more and by the end of the story, he can possibly defeat Kaguya Otsutsuki.
6 Kawaki Has The Power Of Isshiki Otsutsuki Dwelling Within Him
Kawaki is an incredibly powerful character who, just like Boruto, is a vessel to an Otsutsuki clan member. After meeting Jigen, Kawaki was branded with Isshiki Otsutsuki's Karma. Although he no longer possesses it, Kawaki's body has Otsutsukified over 80% already.
In the future, he will gain the Karma once again, meaning he would be able to access all of Isshiki's power as well. By adulthood, Kawaki can certainly put up a fight against Kaguya Otsutsuki using Isshiki's abilities and even win.
5 Sasuke Uchiha Is Stronger Than He Was In Naruto
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the most powerful shinobi in the entire world in Boruto and is believed to be on par with Naruto Uzumaki, the Seventh Hokage. Just like Naruto, Sasuke is capable of fighting against the Otsutsuki clan members with his incredible power.
He has access to the Six Paths Yin chakra which makes him a threat to the Otsutsuki clan members and his biggest power remains to be the Rinnegan. Sasuke has grown stronger since the last time he fought Kaguya and given that he could take on Kinshiki and even Momoshiki to an extent, he can possibly defeat Kaguya Otsutsuki at his best.
4 Code's True Power Surpasses That Of Jigen
Code is one of Kara's members who is said to be extremely powerful. In fact, out of all the Kara members, Code possesses the greatest strength, including their leader, Jigen. Although Code has limiters placed on his body to weaken him, at his full power, his strength is remarkable.
If he's stronger than Jigen, it implies he's strong enough to take on both Naruto and Sasuke at full power, who were unable to defeat Jigen. Code could grow in strength even further, meaning he has a fair shot at defeating Kaguya Otsutsuki at the best of his ability.
3 Momoshiki Otsutsuki Was Feared By Kaguya Otsutsuki
Momoshiki Otsutsuki is one of the main antagonists in the Boruto series. He emerged as the first major villain to stand in Boruto's path during the Versus Momoshiki arc. As expected of an Otsutsuki, Momoshiki possesses incredible power that was enough to take on both Naruto and Sasuke all at once.
What's more, Kaguya feared the arrival of Kinshiki and Momoshiki, for the sake of which she was creating a White Zetsu army. With the power of the Byakugan and the Rinnegan at his aid, Momoshiki Otsutsuki is certainly strong enough to fight Kaguya and possibly even defeat her.
2 Isshiki Otsutsuki Is Much Stronger Than Kaguya Otsutsuki
Isshiki Otsutsuki partnered with Kaguya when she came to earth and is implied to have been the stronger of the two. Unfortunately for him, Kaguya betrayed him and left him in a near-death state which is how he made Jigen into his first vessel. After fighting Kashin Koji, Isshiki revealed his true form to the fans and his strength far surpassed anyone, including Kaguya Otsutsuki at the point.
Isshiki was powerful enough to defeat Koji within a few minutes and overpower Naruto and Sasuke without much trouble whatsoever. At his best, Isshiki can definitely defeat Kaguya Otsutsuki.
1 Naruto Uzumaki Could Access The Baryon Mode
Naruto was strong enough to hold his own against Kaguya during the Fourth Great Ninja War and he got a lot stronger following the events of the war. By adulthood, Naruto became capable enough to take on Momoshiki Otsutsuki in battle, which is nothing short of impressive. Furthermore, Naruto also received a temporary power-up in the form of Baryon Mode in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
At his best, his power surpassed even that of Isshiki Otsutsuki which makes him the strongest to appear in the story so far. Naruto was able to reduce Isshiki's lifespan in a matter of seconds and in his fight against Kaguya Otsutsuki, he would certainly win with the Baryon Mode active.
