The repercussions of the DC crossover event Dark Nights: Metal will continue to be felt into 2019 based on advance solicitation information from the publisher.

January's Justice League Annual #1 by writers James Tynion IV and Scott Snyder and artists Daniel Sampere and Juan Albarran will explore the fallout of the crossover and its follow-up miniseries Justice League: No Justice. The stories saw the Source Wall protecting the DC Universe from the energies of the Multiverse breached with omnipotent beings known as Omega Titans entering the breach and nearly destroying the Earth. Judging by the solicit info from DC, the cosmic demigods will return and the heroes of the DC Universe may have a hand in their resurgence. The plot description and cover by artist Yanick Paquette for the annual is below:

Whoops…but never fear! Kyle Rayner, Miss Martian and Steel—from the non-planet-eating Titans team—guest-star with a plan to create a new Entropy Titan…one that’s so crazy it just might work.
