Zack Snyder revealed he has a Justice League cut that surpasses four hours in runtime.

"My point of view is that the movie should be about 20 minutes longer each time," Snyder told NYT. "[Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice] should be 20 minutes longer than Man of Steel, and Justice League should be about 20 minutes longer than Batman v Superman," he said. "I know that it’s indulgent," the director continued. "The truth is there's probably about 10 Snyder cuts -- there's a longer version than the four-hour version," he said.

Snyder further discussed the various versions of the film he has cut for Warner Bros., noting, "I think I showed the studio two hours and 40 minutes. And then I showed them subsequent cuts of two hours and 30 minutes, and two hours and 28 minutes, and two hours and 22 minutes."

The director's comments about film length came shortly ahead of HBO Max dropping the final trailer for Zack Snyder's Justice League. In addition to teasing the arrival of villain Darkseid, the clip shows Ben Affleck's Batman vowing to unite the Justice League.

Snyder recently shared new photos of Jared Leto's Joker ahead of the film's debut. The director's shared photo shows the Joker sitting in front of a destroyed car. Snyder captioned the image, "Thank you to Jared for letting me work so close. [So] much going on with this guy you need to get in there to experience all of it."

While Zack Snyder's Justice League isn't due on HBO Max until next week, snippets of the film were accidentally leaked on the platform on March 8. When HBO Max subscribers would attempt to watch Warner Bros. animated film Tom and Jerry on the streaming service, Snyder's upcoming superhero film would start playing instead.

Zack Snyder's Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ray Porter as Darkseid, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon. The film arrives on HBO Max March 18.
