SPOILER WARNING: The following article contains major spoilers for Justice League, which hits theaters on November 17.

Fans waiting until Friday to see the Justice League already got a taste of the movie's first post-credits scene earlier today, and now the second has found its way online ahead of the film’s theatrical release. The short clip gives us our first look at Henry Cavill's resurrected Superman in a friendly race against Ezra Miller's Flash, as the two fight for the DC Extended Universe's title of "Fastest Man Alive."

It's a playful clip that may well reflect the lighter tone of Joss Whedon, who was brought in to finish the film's post-production after Zack Snyder stepped away. The scene ends with the two characters speeding off, without the audience seeing a clear-cut winner.

This "Fastest Man Alive" debate has raged in comics and cartoons for years, and it seems the DCEU will use it to show fans that the films are shifting to a brighter tone. Earlier, a darker post-credits scene surfaced online and showed an escaped Lex Luthor meeting up with Deathstroke on a boat, where they hatched a plan for the aftermath of Superman's return.

Justice League hits theaters on November 17 and stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon.
