As Justice League inches closer to its November release, fans and entertainment websites scour the internet for any hints about plot details, the extent of Joss Whedon's reshoots, and which characters might be left on the cutting-room floor. The latest clue seemed to surface in an Instagram post from a Wonder Woman actress, only to be quickly shot down.
Madeleine Vall Beijner posted a photo of herself with some of her fellow Amazon warriors from Wonder Woman, accompanied by the caption, "In less than three weeks I will be reunited with these badass amazon warriors again!! Also, in Themiscyra (Italy) at the same location where we were shooting the movie." Some websites interpreted that to indicate Justice League would head to Italy for additional scenes on Wonder Woman's island home, a little more than a month before the film's release.
In less than three weeks I will be reunited with these badass amazon warriors again!! ??⚔️ Also, in Themiscyra (Italy) at the same location where we were shooting the movie #WONDERWOMAN.?? Can't wait to go back! Can't wait to see you guys @hayleyjanewarnes @harijamespt !! ❤️❤️ #wonderwomanmovie #amazon #warrior #queensguard #antiope #crew #soldier #general #captain #themiscyra #italy #warnerbros #training #stuntactor #stunt #horseriding #fighter ✈️
However, one message from a fan to Vall Beijner clarified that's simply not the case. Her Instagram post apparently had nothing to do with Justice League.

That's not to say Justice League doesn't return to Themyscira, of course: We've already seen the island depicted in the trailers, as the Apokoliptian general Steppenwolf arrives on the island via Boom Tube. There's also footage of the Amazon warriors embroiled in battle with the invading Parademons.
Opening Nov. 17, Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Raymond Fisher as Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Amber Heard as Mera and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon.
