One of the core main characters of DC's Justice League Odyssey will receive a power boost in January, but not without its own set of drawbacks.

The publisher's advance solicitation information for January 2019 reveals that in Justice League Odyssey #9, written by Joshua Williamson and illustrated by Carmine Di Giandomenico, Starfire will absorb a new alien language to gain new powers and save the cosmic-based superhero team but the transfer itself could risk Kory's life. Meanwhile, a potential betrayal is teased, threatening the entire group from within. The solicit info for the upcoming issue is below:
