Superman was suspiciously absent from most promotional materials ahead of Justice League's release, but with the Warner Bros. feature now in theaters, Henry Cavill's Man of Steel (without a mustache) has taken his place alongside the other heroes in a banner on the film's Facebook page.

The image features all six current members of the League, with Superman now front and center. The character previously appeared in Chinese posters for the film, but otherwise all but disappeared from the marketing after an initial image was released depicting the team's lineup.

Cavill has praised fans for their "patience" and "belief in the magic," promising that Justice League features the "true Superman." The actor is under contract to appear as the Man of Steel in one more film, but it appears as if he would be happy to continue playing the hero beyond that.
