Filmmaker Ryan Unicomb has released photos from the abandoned Justice League: Mortal from director George Miller that see the famed heroes in costume, giving fans a better idea at what the team would have looked like in the movie.

The first two images, which are based on a previously released photo, feature the film's planned takes on Batman, Superman, The Flash, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern. The final image is a close-up shot of actor Megan Gale, who was set to play Wonder Woman in the movie.

Unicomb also recently shared a photo of one of Armie Hammer's Batman cowls and concept art of the movie's versions of the Batcave and the Batcomputer. Unicomb is currently working on a documentary of the production of the film called Miller's Justice League Mortal, though, as he says in the caption, he’s experiencing pushback from Warner Bros. and "most of the creatives" who participated in the project.

Justice League: Mortal was planned to be released in the late 2000s but was scrapped when Warner Bros. was inspired by the success of Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy to focus more on solo DC properties. Aside from Hammer as Batman and Gale as Wonder Woman, the rest of the cast for the planned film consisted of D.J. Cotrona as Superman, Adam Brody as The Flash/Barry Allen, Common as Green Lantern/John Stewart, Jay Baruchel as Maxwell Lord, the late Anton Yelchin as Wally West, Teresa Palmer as Talia al Ghul and Hugh Keays-Byrne in an unrevealed role that was rumored to be Martian Manhunter.
