JUSTICE LEAGUEBrace yourselves -- HitFix has begun the rumor that Warner Bros. has already cast Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Batman in the upcoming "Justice League" film. HitFix cites unnamed sources, which definitively state Gordon-Levitt will absolutely be portraying the new Batman in "Justice League."

Furthermore, the website states viewers may perhaps see Gordon-Levitt in the Batsuit earlier than "Justice League" and speculates an post-credits "Man of Steel" scene is in store.

The casting of Gordon-Levitt as the new Batman is somewhat surprising, considering "The Dark Knight Rises" director Christopher Nolan's assurances his trilogy would stand alone outside of what Warners planned to do with "Justice League." Gordon-Levitt played Detective John Blake in the most recent Batman film and it was heavily implied at the end of the movie that he would take on the mantle of Batman from Bruce Wayne.

IRON MAN 3Comic Book Movie has posted quotes and images from the latest issue of Empire Magazine about the upcoming "Iron Man" threequel -- including words from Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige, who states fans of Warren Ellis' "Extremis" storyarc may still be surprised at the twists and turns of "Iron Man 3."

"Comic fans are at an advantage and a disadvantage," Feige told Empire. "They know the source material inside and out and believe they can connect clues that lead back to that. And they're at a disadvantage because don't always connect those clues correctly!"

THOR: THE DARK WORLDComic Book Movie has posted excerpts from Empire Magazine's Man of the Year interview with "Thor: The Dark World" star Chris Hemsworth.

"We've known since 'Thor 1' that we were gonna do a 'Thor 2,'" Hemsworth told Empire. "So we've been talking about possibilities, and then once 'The Avengers' worked, there were things where we'd go, "Cool, we can continue this and this is where we go from them with the story." It's been a long time. But you always need this period, the rehearsal prep, and we've got some good stuff down. I just saw some of the sets in the last few days and it looks incredible. There's a lot more of an organic kind of feel to Asgard now. And that Viking element of the Asgardian people, of Thor's history, is much more present."
