10 Ice

Ice from DC Comics

Tora Olafsdotter is from a tribe in Norway who possesses the mystical power to control ice and snow. Before she became a member of the Justice League, she was a member of the Global Guardians. When the Guardians were shut down, she joined Justice League International under the alias of Ice. As a cryokinetic, she can emit waves of ice and snow to subdue her opponents or create platforms of ice to travel long distances. Her powers later evolve, becoming more destructive, and even gains the ability to fly. When pushed to her limit, she can manipulate the weather around her to create powerful blizzards.

9 Fire

DC-Fire

Much like her friend Ice, Beatriz da Costa's pyrokinetic abilities were originally based in mysticism. Following the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths, the origin of her powers was changed. Instead of mysticism, her powers are a result of surviving a pyroplasmic explosion. Originally, she could only breathe out jets of green fire. After being exposed to a metagene bomb, her abilities became even stronger. Similarly to Marvel's Human Torch, she can envelop her body in green flames. She also has the power to fly, unleash powerful blasts of green fire, as well as phase through solid objects. With her powers, she is figuratively, and literally, one of the hottest heroes in the Justice League.

8 Vixen

In the New 52, Vixen is one of the founding members of Justice League International. Thanks to the power of her mystical Tantu Totem, she possesses a deep connection with the Red, the source of all animal life in the universe.

In Vixen: Return of the Lion mini-series, she does not need the totem to use her powers.

In addition to swords, energy cannons, and bulletproof wings, he can also increase his overall body size and strength. The scarab can even develop countermeasures to use against specific opponents. This includes even the Spectre, one of the most powerful beings in the universe. While he may lack experience, he is by far the strongest of the Blue Beetle so far.

He naturally possesses super strength, super speed, telekinesis, telepathy, as well as a vast knowledge of magic. When he puts on the Helmet of Fate, Nabu takes control of his body, greatly enhancing his physical and magical abilities. Furthermore, when in the presence of people he has a close connection with, he can transfer his powers to them. This allows them to transform into super-powered versions of themselves. When he is not holding back his true strength, he can even move entire planets.

2 Captain Atom

As a result of an experiment that bonded him with the alloy taken from the alien known as the Silver Shield, he became the all-powerful Captain Atom.
