Zack Snyder celebrated Super Bowl LV by launching a line of commemorative Justice League-inspired footballs, which he is selling to raise money for suicide prevention.

"In celebration of the release of the Snyder Cut, Zack Snyder is releasing these commemorative footballs!" a campaign description posted by Ink to the People reads. "In order to produce these limited products, we need to sell at least 300 units, so please share."

Each custom Justice League Mini Football is black in color and features white laces, as well as a silver "JL" logo. To the left of the logo are the words "The Cut" and "Snyder" written beneath. To the right of the logo is Snyder's signature above the word "Director."

The commemorative footballs retail for $25 each, with all proceeds benefiting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). Fans of Snyder will recall that the AFSP is an important organization to the director, who lost his 20-year-old daughter Autumn to suicide in March 2017. Snyder was in the middle of directing Justice League at the time of the tragedy, and chose to step away from the project in order to grieve and spend time with his family.

Snyder recently reflected on that time in his life, telling author Sean O'Connell in a recent interview, "I just was kind of done with it. I was in this place of [knowing] my family needs me more than this bullshit, and I just need to honor them and do the best I can to heal that world."

"I had no energy to fight [the studio], and fight for [the movie]. Literally, zero energy for that," Zack Snyder said regarding leaving Justice League. "I really think that’s the main thing. I think there’s a different world where I stayed and kind of tried. And I'm sure I could have...because every movie is a fight, right? I was used to that. But I just did not have the [energy]. There was no fight in me."

While Snyder's fundraiser aimed to raise $2,500, fans have already purchased 564 footballs and raised nearly $6,300. The commemorative footballs will be shipped to buyers on Thursday, March 4.

Zack Snyder's Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon. The film arrives on HBO Max March 18.
