According to Cyborg actor Ray Fisher, Zack Snyder's Justice League will transform the character into the most powerful individual in the DC Universe."To take a lesser-known Black character and evolve them into the most powerful being in the DC Universe (rivaled only by Doctor Manhattan) is no small feat," Fisher wrote on Twitter. "We’re lucky [Zack Snyder] doesn’t do small feats."RELATED: Ray Fisher Turns Justice League Leak Into a Positive Marketing Campaign

Cyborg's role in Justice League was overhauled after Joss Whedon's reshoots for the film's theatrical cut, with Fisher saying Whedon reshot all but one of his original scenes. Zack Snyder's Justice League will restore the character's intended arc in the movie, with Snyder saying "Everything turns on [Cyborg], everything turns on the stakes that are presented to him, the events that befall him within the context of the film." The Snyder Cut's Cyborg will also have the additional arms and helmet that costume concept illustrator Jerad S. Marantz conceived for him, before they were dropped for the movie's theatrical release.

The final promo for Zack Snyder's Justice League teased Victor Stone/Cyborg's role in the movie, with Wonder Woman's voice telling him "Whatever happened to you, you have gifts now," while also cautioning him about the dangers posed by the Mother Boxes, saying they "will get inside you and find your weaknesses and your fears." Another scene showed Cyborg taking off in the sky, urged on by his father's voice to "Take your place among the brave ones." The sequence then culminated with Cyborg declaring "I'm not broken. And I'm not alone."

In Zack Snyder's Justice League, determined to ensure Superman’s ultimate sacrifice was not in vain, Bruce Wayne aligns forces with Diana Prince with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the world from an approaching threat of catastrophic proportions. The task proves more difficult than Bruce imagined, as each of the recruits must face the demons of their own pasts to transcend that which has held them back, allowing them to come together, finally forming an unprecedented league of heroes. Now united, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash may be too late to save the planet from Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid and their dreadful intentions.

Zack Snyder's Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Ray Porter as Darkseid, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and J.K.
