"Jurassic World" co-star BD Wong has been cast as classic Batman villain Hugo Strange on Fox's "Gotham."

According to USA Today, Strange will appear on the series as a brilliant psychiatrist and professor hired to run Arkham Asylum.

However, he'll soon be revealed as the man behind Indian Hill, the newly introduced Wayne Enterprises black-ops program for the creation of superhumans.

Introduced in 1940's "Detective Comics" #36, Hugo Strange was one of the Dark Knight's first recurring villains.

A Tony Award-winning actor, Wong is known for his roles in "Jurassic Park," "Oz," Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" and, of course, "Jurassic World." He recently guest-starred on two episodes of "Mr. Robot."

"Gotham" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
