When Jurassic Park was released in 1993, it offered a decent look at what dinosaurs were believed to have looked like. However, as time went on and archaeologists fleshed out the world of dinosaurs, it became clear the dinosaurs of Jurassic Park and even later on in Jurassic World were largely inaccurate. In fact, the name of the theme parks and by extension, the films, were slightly misleading because most of the dinosaurs that starred in them were from the Cretaceous period.

Well, at least one of those issues -- which likely nobody except the most passionate dinosaur lovers will notice -- will be rectified with the upcoming animated Netflix series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous. The streaming giant teased this new series with a short and exciting trailer, showcasing the gorgeous animation and terrifying raptor that are sure to immerse the viewers in this unique world of dinosaurs.
