"If that happens, I don't know, I don't know what's been confirmed or whatever, but I'll blink if it's happening," she said, before blinking rapidly.

In addition to a return appearance from Goldblum, Laura Dern and Sam Neil are heavily rumored to be in line to reprise their respective roles as paleontologists Ellie Sattler and Alan Grant. Both of those actors last appeared as those characters in 2001's Jurassic Park III.

After dinosaurs were kept to remote islands for the majority of the franchise, numerous groups of the long-extinct creatures were released on the American mainland at the end of Fallen Kingdom.

Earlier this year, Jurassic World star Chris Pratt said that the film would have a considerable time jump while speaking about the film.

"I can't believe they found a way to deliver on the promise of the end of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" Pratt said. "The island is blown up. The animals are out. We can't put 'em back in the box. What are we gonna do? How is, not only these dinosaurs, but this technology moving forward, going to affect the planet?"

Directed by Colin Trevorrow, Jurassic World 3, starring Bryce Dallas Howard and Chris Pratt, is set to be released on June 11, 2021.
