Publisher Shueisha Inc. is offering international fans the chance to finally watch panels from its Shonen Jump-focused Jump Festa convention for the first time in the event's history.

For the first time ever, Jump Festa will provide archived footage of their annual event for international fans to enjoy. Jump Festa 2022 took place in Tokyo on Dec. 18-19, 2021, and hosted a variety of panels revolving around the magazine's most popular titles, including My Hero Academia, One Piece, and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. 15 panels from Jump Festa 2022 will be available for global streaming through the Shonen Jump's official YouTube channel from March 7 at 7:00AM PST until March 21 at 7:59AM PST. The presentations will all be available with English subtitles. Despite the international popularity of many of these series, official livestreams and recordings from the event were previously IP-locked and were only accessible to fans located within Japan.

Jump Festa is an annual event in Japan that showcases content across various Shueisha’s Jump family of periodicals, which includes the flagship Weekly Shonen Jump, its digital counterpart Shonen Jump+, and spinoff magazines such as Jump SQ and Saikyo Jump.  The annual event series first began in 1999, welcoming fans of Jump titles to come together to celebrate and learn more about their favorite series. In-person Jump attendees participate in a wide variety of activities revolving around the popular manga series that have been published through Shueisha. Shonen Jump is known for being the home of a number of the biggest anime and manga series of all time, including Dragon Ball, Bleach, Naruto and the best-selling manga in history, One Piece.

Shueisha's 23rd annual gathering was held as a hybrid online and in-person event. The event was held in Chiba, Japan's Makuhari Messe and panels were live-streamed to viewers across Japan. Some of the most popular series featured at the event were Dr. StoneJujutsu Kaisen, and Demon Slayer. Notable news from this year's event included My Hero Academia creator Kohei Horikoshi announcing that the series would conclude sometime before the end of 2022 and the debut of a new trailer for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. A new trailer was also unveiled for the upcoming anime adaptation of one of Shueisha's newest hits, the espionage-themed domestic comedy Spy X Family, and the first look at the upcoming new season of the Bleach anime, now titled Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, was also revealed.
