Although most updates on the upcoming sequel to Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle have come through star Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart has released a new behind-the-scenes photo from the film.
Hart posted the photo on Instagram, which shows his character, Franklin "Mouse" Finbar, sitting on a bridge. There are various screen surrounding him that will likely undergo effects to make the scene look a lot more dangerous in the final film.
Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle earned a stunning $962 million at the box office, so it wasn't surprising when Johnson announced production on a sequel. He announced that the film was officially underway in June, and posted the first cast photo earlier this month. That image showed the main four characters in familiar poses and costumes from the first film, albeit with more wear and tear, indicating they may be in for a tougher rumble in the jungle this time around.
The Jumanji sequel will hit theaters on Dec. 13. Jake Kasdan returns to direct the movie, which stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Karen Gillan, Danny DeVito, Danny Glover, Alex Wolff, Ser’Darius Blain, Madison Iseman and Morgan Turner.
