With even the X-Men's oldest foes welcomed into the mutant nation-state of Krakoa during Dawn of X, the fledgling mutant paradise's most unlikely savior may be the Juggernaut.

Ahead of the release of its June solicitations, Marvel Comics has shared info from the sophomore issue of its upcoming Juggernaut miniseries by Fabian Nicieza and Ron Garney. The second issue sees Cain Marko in a no-holds-barred battle against the Immortal Hulk when the more monstrous incarnation of the Green Goliath insults Krakoa's honor.

The solicitation text and cover art for Juggernaut #2 are below:

JUGGERNAUT #2 (OF 5)

  • FABIAN NICIEZA (W) • RON GARNEY (A) • COVER BY GEOFF SHAW
  • SMASH OR BE SMASHED!
  • Juggernaut isn’t the only one who’s left destruction in his wake, and he thinks it’s about time for the IMMORTAL HULK to take responsibility for his actions! But is this Juggernaut’s way of defending mutant honor for Krakoa? Or is he back to his old ways?

Announced in February, the five-issue Juggernaut miniseries will see Marko realize he can't find peace on Krakoa due to being human and not a mutant like his brother Charles Xavier. Despite this, Juggernaut finds himself defending the nation-state's honor and interests as he makes his own way.
