Josh Brolin tells Conan O'Brien about working with John Malkovich and Megan Fox on the film. According to Brolin, the studio wanted a Gary Oldman type for the film, but Brolin argued for a different interpretation. "I said the thing about Gary Oldman or other actors like that is when they get angry ... they're usually pretty straightforward with their anger, you can feel the rage coming and then they finally look at you -- and when it's time to do it they just look at you and just let the spit fly. With John, you can feel the anger start to surface and then John may look for something, like maybe there's a poodle there. And John will pick up a poodle and start to pet the poodle. He won't be looking at you and he may start to recite a poem." Also, there's video:

Joe Quesada shares at his Twitter account the following: "Back in LA and just saw a rough cut of Iron Man 2. I worship before the alter of the mighty Favreau, he is da man!" With months to go on post-production, the film would still feature unfinished visual effects or even rough storyboards or primitive test renderings called animatics. The film, at this stage, should have a pace very similiar to the final product.

Starring Robert Downey Jr., release date: May 7th, 2010
