DC Comics' Western anti-hero Jonah Hex makes his TV debut tonight on "DC's Legends of Tomorrow," brought to life by actor Johnathon Schaech. While the rest of the Legends are visiting the Old West for the first time, this is not Rip Hunter's (Arthur Darvill) first trip -- or first encounter with Hex.

In a new clip from tonight's episode, "The Magnificent Eight," Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh) and Jay Jackson (Franz Drameh) bring Hex back to the Waverider to meet with Hunter, who seems less than thrilled to see him again. "My coat suits you good," Hex tells Hunter, referencing the duster fans have seen Hunter wear since his very first appearance. Hex also warns the team not to run afoul of the Stillwater Gang who are raising hell in Salvation.

When the team needs a place to hide out, Rip (Arthur Darvill) sets a course for the Old West. Upon arrival, they start a fight with a gang of outlaws, putting the small town in jeopardy. Luckily, an old friend of Rip's, Jonah Hex (guest star Johnathon Schaech), steps in to save them. Thor Freudenthal directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Marc Guggenheim and teleplay by Marc Guggenheim (#111)

"DC's Legends of Tomorrow" airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on The CW.
