JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is one of the most popular anime franchises in the world. The manga by Hirohiko Araki has amassed a huge fan following. It is a very high-quality manga, and it has provided us with some of the most memorable characters in history.
Just like every manga, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure has some unfinished storylines that left the fans with a lot of questions. In this post, we will be discussing some of the storylines in JJBA that were left unfinished. Before we start, I would like to warn you that this post has spoilers, so read ahead at your own risk.
10 Josuke's Savior
Josuke is the protagonist of JJBA: Diamond Is Unbreakable. His stand is Crazy Diamond and it allows him to repair things excluding himself. There was a lot of emphasis on Josuke's eccentric hairstyle through Part 4, but that part of the story was never really finished.
It was shown that when Josuke was ill, a man with the very same hairdo helped him. So, Josuke was inspired by him and he decided to have the same hairstyle. What we don't know is who was actually this person who saved Josuke. All we saw was a cameo.
9 Anne's Disappearance
Anne is from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. She tagged along with the Joestar group for a while before she went away. Anne seemed to be a character who would play a part in the future JoJo series, but there is absolutely no sign of her.
Many fans thought that she might even be Jotaro's wife in the future as she developed feelings for her before she was written off, but it doesn't seem to be the case. She is another character whose fate was never really explained by Araki in the other parts.
8 Giorno's Mother
Giorno is the main protagonist of JJBA: Golden Wind. Giorno has arguably the strongest stand in the entire JoJo series. He was able to enhance the power of his stand after he managed to pierce it with the arrow. One of the biggest mysteries surrounding Giorno is how his mother managed to survive.
Giorno's father is the vampire, DIO. DIO, as we know, has killed a huge number of people, and it makes you wonder how she managed to stay alive. This wasn't explained by Araki why DIO would do something so unlike him.
7 Mikitaka's Real Identity
Mikitaka is a character from JoJo's Bizarre Adventures: Diamond Is Unbreakable. He is one of the most enigmatic characters in the series. There are a lot of mysteries surrounding him. He claims to be an alien born in 1783, which makes him 216 years old in Part 4.
When Josuke and Okuyasu met him, Mikitaka claimed to be a space pilot. He also possessed an ability that allowed to turn his body or parts of his body into different objects. We never got a clear explanation regarding his true identity. Was he really an alien or was he just another stand user?
6 Okuyasu's Father
Okuyasu and his elder brother, Nijimura Keicho, were searching for a way to cure their father. Their father was changed into a monster after DIO's death. DIO had planted a flesh bud inside his head, and after the death of DIO, the flesh bud became uncontrollable.
This led to the transformation of their father. The two brothers every possible method to get rid of the problem, but it didn't matter what part of the body they cut, it simply grew back. With Josuke's stand, it could have possible to heal their father, so why didn't Josuke do it?
5 Weather Report's Fate
Domenico Pucci is also known as Weather Report is a character from JoJo's Bizarre Adventures: Stone Ocean. Weather Report is the brother of Enrico Pucci. Part 6 has earned quite a bit of a nasty reputation because of the confusing ending.
Weather Report was killed in a fight with Enrico Pucci after Weather got his memories back, however, at the end of Part 5, we saw that Weather was still there despite being killed. It is unknown how Weather Report who lost his life so early on was revived once again at the end.
4 Morioh's Enigmatic Anchorman
From the very episode, we were introduced to Morioh's radio station and to its anchorman. The man on the radio was Kai Harada. He is from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable. Even though he was present in almost every other episode, we never got to see the person and what happened to him.
He was a crucial part of the show. His radio segments usually foreshadowed stand users. At some point, I thought we might get a glimpse of the person, but it was never meant to be. Kai Harada's story still remains a mystery.
3 Hamon's Disappearance
Hamon is considered by many fans to be one of the best powers in the world of anime. It was introduced in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood, and it was last shown in Part 3(Stardust Crusaders). We never really got an explanation of why Hamon has been removed the show completely.
Even if stands were introduced, it just doesn't make sense to remove a power completely because of it. Araki could have kept the power and lessened the use of it, but removing it completely is absurd. It would have made for an exciting power if Araki had kept it.
2 Joseph's Error
Joseph Joestar is a very smart man. He is known to make the best out of every situation and we have seen him do it countless times. But, there is something that Joseph might wanna think about.
When the Joestar Gang was on its way to beat DIO, Joseph knew that they were going to face a vampire. Joseph knew how to use Hamon and he also knew that it would a good weapon against DIO. So, why didn't Joseph teach Jotaro to use Hamon? It is unexplained why Joseph decided to keep it to himself.
1 Invisible Baby from Part 4
It is fair to say that a lot of things from JJBA: Diamond is Unbreakable still remains a mystery to this day. One such mystery is the invisible baby girl. The baby is actually a stand user, and she was found by the combined efforts of Josuke and Joseph.
Joseph took care of the baby girl and it isn't known what happens to the baby after Part 4. We never see her in any other part, and with the current story, it is pretty much impossible for her to appear. It is a shame because she possessed a really unique stand ability.
