Hirohiko Araki first introduced the concept of Stands in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. These psychic manifestations of a fighter's willpower could perform all sorts of incredible feats - from punching someone at the pace of Gatling gun to outright stopping time! Part 3's Stands only became more bizarre (eh, we couldn't resist,) as that series progressed. So it only makes sense that Araki would continue to push the envelope with his follow up to Stardust Crusaders - Diamond Is Unbreakable.

Primarily set in the crazy, noisy, bizarre town of Morioh, Diamond Is Unbreakable features a slew of truly wild Stands. It's in JJBA Part 4 that we start encountering specters named after legendary bands and famous songs - with over the top designs, abilities, and personalities to match. It's worth noting, however, that a Stand's only as dangerous as the person wielding it. We feel that the following ten Stands are some of the best utilized in all of Part 4.

10 Heaven's Door

Heaven's Door can turn anyone into a book - giving Rohan access to his victims' innermost secrets and deepest desires. The mangaka can also write commands into the pages of his victims' transformed bodies, allowing him to mind control his foes! Heaven's Door also has tons of "Developmental Potential," a Stand Stat that implies that a Stand can further evolve.

In its current form, however, Heaven's Door isn't the best Stand to bring to a high stakes battle. Rohan has to get close to an opponent for Heaven's Door to do its thing - a feat that's easier said than done against high-speed Stands like Crazy Diamond. Honestly, Rohan's quick thinking and wit help elevate Heaven's Door above many of its potentially stronger contemporaries - reiterating the idea that a Stand's only as strong as its user.

9 Ratt

Ratt could've been one of the most dangerous Stands in Morioh if its users weren't simple-minded rodents. That's not some sort of euphemism by the way; Ratt answers the beck and call of two rodents that the Joestar Group first encounter in Chapter 328 "Let's Go Hunting!, Part 4."

What makes Ratt so dangerous? For starters, this stand attacks by firing corrosive darts that can melt anything in an instant! Jotaro Kujo, the OP protagonist of JJBA Part 3, nearly lost his life in a fight with Ratt - and Jotaro's Stand can stop time! Ratt is also shared between multiple rodents. Josuke and Jotaro make it a priority to hunt down Ratt's users before they can breed a colony of Stand using rodents! Just imagine how much more dangerous Ratt would be if a human, or even monkey, got their hands on this Stand?

8 Stray Cat

Due to its floral design and feline tendencies, cat lovers might be tempted to try and befriend Stray Cat. If the cards are in your favor, this unique Stand might let you off with a warning. But if SC is in a foul mood, however, you might very well lose your life to this seemingly harmless sentient plant!

Stray Cat is a Stand that's fused with a recently deceased street cat. As a result of this union, Stray Cat is one of the most dangerous Stands to roam the streets of Morioh. SC can punch holes through victims using pressurized air blasts. Alone, SC is a Stand with tons of firepower. However, it lacks direction and ambition - a fault that a human Stand user might be able to rectify.

7 Harvest

Of all the locales in the JJBA world, it seems that Morioh is home to probably the most diverse amount of Stands in the series. We've talked about Stands that multiple users share as well as Stands that fuse with recently deceased users. Harvest marks the first colony Stand that we'll discuss today, and boy do these little guys pack a punch!

Shigekiyo Yangu controls approximately 500 bug-like Stands that he collectively calls Harvest. Though one of these guys is small enough hold with two fingers, they're strong enough to punch holes in human skin! Harvest can also use their needles to forcibly intoxicate foes or drain the liquid out of their bodies. Unfortunately for Harvest, this Stand got lopped up with Shigekiyo - a delinquent who only used their power to steal from Morioh's citizens.

6 The Hand

Perhaps no other Stand pairing proves our point better than Okuyasu Nijimura and the Hand. Here, we have a ghost that possesses incredible strength, speed, durability, and the power to erase space and matter with the swipe of a hand! The Hand can swipe through anything; wood, rocks, metal, Morioh's welcome sign - it doesn't matter!

A clever Stand user could order the Hand to kickstart nuclear fission, reducing his foes to ashes in an instant! But Okuyasu is far from clever - the best he could do was learn to "teleport" with The Hand later on in JJBA Part 4. Okuyasu could've been a strong contender for the position of 'strongest Stand user in Morioh' if he were a tad sharper.

5 Highway Star

Some of the most dangerous Stands don't possess excellent fighting abilities. Instead, they win battles through trickery and deceit - doing what they can to keep their foes off balance and remove them from their elements. Highway Star is such a Stand - it cannot hit anywhere near as hard and fast as the Hand or Crazy Diamond. However, its abilities ensure that it never really needs to.

Highway Star possesses a slew of abilities that help it track down Stand users and drain their life energies! HS can create trap rooms throughout Morioh, allowing it to collect Stand users' scents. Later, HS will hunt those users down with extreme prejudice, dismantling its body to fit in hard to reach places. Essentially, Highway Star is like the Terminator in Stand form!

4 Red Hot Chili Pepper

Jojo Stand Red Hot Chili Pepper Akira Otoishi

The ancient warrior-poet Sun Tzu said that a great warrior "fights on his terms, or not at all." Red Hot Chili Peppers exemplifies this adage; it's an electricity-based Stand that becomes immensely powerful when fighting near power supplies and live wires. Normally, RHCP possesses decent speed, power, and durability.

But when RHCP absorbs enough electricity, it becomes strong enough to overpower Stands like Crazy Diamond with ease! RHCP is also a long-range Stand, meaning its user can fight foes from a safe distance as opposed to duking it out on the frontlines. RHCP can also turn into living lightning and travel at high speeds. Its user, Akira Otoishi, used this ability to steal from Morioh's inhabitants for years! Thankfully, Akira is a hedonistic musician and not a criminal mastermind.

3 Killer Queen

Killer Queen in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

Akira may not be a career criminal, but Yoshikage Kira sure is! On the surface, Kira doesn't seem like such a bad guy - he just wants to live a quiet and peaceful life away from Morioh's hustle and bustle. He's also killed numerous teenagers over the decades, incinerating them with his powerful Stand Killer Queen.

Not only is KQ named after an awesome Queen song, but it also posses the power to turn anything (or anyone) it touches into a bomb! Later on in Part 4, Kira pairs Killer Queen with Stary Cat - granting him the power to turn the very air we breathe into bombs. At the height of its power, Killer Queen can also rewind time with its "Bites The Dust" attack. Scariest of all, Killer Queen belongs to an ingenious serial killer that's evaded the law for years!

2 Crazy Diamond

Standing opposite of Killer Queen is Josuke Higashikata's very own Stand, Crazy Diamond! The Joestar family's Stands have a reputation for being immensely powerful, impossibly fast, and durable as tanks. Crazy Diamond possesses all of those traits, as well as the ability to heal anyone or anything it touches!

Crazy Diamond's healing abilities alone have saved Josuke's life an innumerable amount of times. Being the samaritan that he is, Josuke also uses Crazy Diamond's ability to revert things to their previous states to help others. Josuke could potentially purge cancerous cells out of peoples' bodies or fix deformities that embryos develop while they're incubating. But first, this young man needs to finish High School - and put an end to Kira's reign of terror.

1 Star Platinum

Jotaro and Star Platinum in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

Okay, we'll admit that we're cheating a bit with this pick. After all, Jotaro Kujo and Star Platinum don't originally hail from Morioh. No, they're the star-studded protagonists of JJBA Part 3: Stardust Crusaders! When he was only 17 years old, Jotaro embarked on a globe-trotting journey with his grandfather and a small gathering of friends.

Jotaro was not only one of the few men to survive the ordeal, but he also managed to best DIO Brando with the help of Star Platinum. SP is just as strong, fast, and tanky as Crazy Diamond, if not more so, and stop time for seconds on end! The only reason Star Platinum didn't steal the show in Part 4 is that Jotaro slacked off over the years since the end of Part 3 - developing 'ring rust.'
