10 The Unkillable『Stray Cat』- Stand User: Tama
Stray Cat is a Stand born from the death of its user, Tama the cat. After being buried, Tama's corpse sprouted this immobile but dangerous Stand. Stray Cat can control the air to form near-invisible shields to protect itself and make ultra-fast air bullets that cause drastic harm to attackers.
Stray Cat's powers make it practically invincible and unable to be harmed. The air bullets shoot at such rapid speeds that they easily cut through flesh. The fact that everything Stray Cat does can easily be missed by the naked eye adds another layer of deadliness to the abilities of this plant-feline hybrid.
9 The Lightning Fast『Red Hot Chili Pepper』- Stand User: Akira Otoishi
Red Hot Chili Pepper excels at attacking over long distances and controls lethal amounts of electricity. Not only can the Stand travel through electrical outlets at ridiculous speeds, but it can also drag humans into the outlets as well.
Akira uses Red Hot Chili Pepper to great advantage, such as spying on the protagonists through the electrical lines of Morioh. Red Hot Chili Pepper's long range and amazing control of electricity makes him a challenging foe to contend with, especially if you lack knowledge of electro-conductivity.
8 The Undetectable『Aqua Necklace』- Stand User: Anjuro "Angelo" Katagiri
The first villainous Stand encountered in Diamond is Unbreakable, Aqua Necklace is another Stand capable of great feats of stealth. Being able to disguise itself in water and transfer itself between water sources makes it slippery to catch and hard to spot. It's also shown to pack quite a punch, especially when consumed, being able to destroy people from the inside.
The true horror of Aqua Necklace is not being able to detect it easily, as it is able to move quickly between anything from a cup of water to rain and steam, and can disguise itself with ease. Any non-Stand user who interacts with the water that houses Aqua Necklace is likely to meet their end.
7 The Bothersome『Cheap Trick』- Stand User: N/A
An autonomous Stand that jumps from host to host with the sole purpose of killing them, Cheap Trick is a menace to any unlucky enough to have it. Cheap Trick will automatically kill the user it sits on whenever someone looks at their back. The old user will then have their back ripped off, while Cheap Trick moves onto the person who spotted it and makes them their new user.
It's a twisted cycle of death, made harder to deal with by the fact that it can't be attacked without the damage affecting the user, and the way it taunts hosts into showing others their back makes it a psychologically damaging Stand. Without the use of a magical alleyway, it's highly unlikely that Rohan would've been able to defeat Cheap Trick.
6 The Deadly Precise『Ratt』- Stand User: Bug-Eaten
While the Stand user for this Stand is just a rat, Ratt has immense precision, even with its user being non-human. The bullets it fires are incredibly deadly as well, being able to melt the flesh of those who are struck.
Getting shot by enough of these bullets turns the target into a gelatinous blob that the rats like to feast on. Even Jotaro has a hard time not getting hit by the calculated shots of this Stand, and with such a cruel fate awaiting those who fail to dodge the bullets, it makes it a sinister Stand to deal with.
5 The Draining Shadow『Highway Star』- Stand User: Yuya Fungami
A Stand that comes with more than one power spells nothing but trouble for any Joestar. Highway Star falls into this category as it is able to drain people of their life force, dismantle itself to travel at high speeds, and create rooms to lure in unsuspecting victims.
With both stealth and speed on its side, Highway Star proves a particularly arduous challenge. It also borrows its user's enhanced sense of smell, meaning it can track and chase targets long distances with ease. Being chased down by Highway Star would be beyond terrifying, and the chances of escaping it are dismally low.
4 The Space Erasing『The Hand』- Stand User: Okuyasu Nijimura
While Okuyasu eventually becomes a fully-fledged "Jobro," he and his brother Keicho start off as a dubious double act. Okuyasu definitely possesses the stronger Stand of the two, being able to use the Stand's right hand to swipe through space itself, destroying whatever was there and stitching together the gap made like a suture in the fabric of reality.
Okuyasu never uses this effect on another person, but suffice to say it would probably lead to a horrifying outcome. The ability to tear things out of space and reality itself is a scary power that never reaches its full potential. It is troubling to think what a full-time villain would be capable of with The Hand.
3 The Paper Trapper『Enigma』- Stand User: Terunosuke Miyamoto
Terunosuke uses Enigma to great effect against Josuke and his loved ones. Enigma is able to trap objects and living beings in paper, which they can't escape from for as long as the paper is folded. The things trapped in the paper can also be layered on top of each other, leading to potential traps for anyone who dares open one of the pages.
Enigma proves troublesome as Josuke narrowly avoids the traps laid within the sheets of paper and fights desperately to keep the paper containing loved ones and allies from harm, as any harm to the paper is reflected on whatever is inside. While this Stand has the one caveat of only being able to trap people who show fear, it's hard not to be afraid against a Stand with such a resourceful trapping ability.
2 The Reality Changing『Heaven's Door』 - Stand User: Rohan Kishibe
Another character who joins the force for good later on but begins as a problematic foe is Rohan. His Stand, Heaven's Door, can alter the reality and characteristics of anyone who sees a drawing of it. This is achieved by turning them into a book that Rohan can write in to alter that person's physiology, intentions, and memories.
Arguably one of the most overpowered Stands in JoJo overall, Heaven's Door can change the very makeup of a person and warp their reality in any way Rohan sees fit. This can be anything from forcing the user to kill themselves to wiping out entire sections of the past from their memory. In more evil hands, Heaven's Door could easily be the strongest Stand in Diamond is Unbreakable.
1 The Explosive『Killer Queen』- Stand User: Yoshikage Kira
The Stand of the main antagonist, Kira, Killer Queen is a troublesome Stand with explosive powers that come in three different varieties. Killer Queen has the ability to turn anything it touches into a bomb, and Sheer Heart Attack, deployed as part of its hand, is an indestructible autonomous bomb. A third ability gained from the Stand arrow can rewind time to a preset position upon an explosion caused by someone learning Kira's identity.
That third bomb, called Bites The Dust, is the most menacing of the three, as it allows Kira to be rid of all of the people trying to hunt him down by blowing them up one by one, resetting time each instance until all of his foes are dealt with. This plan nearly works as well, and it's only thanks to some cunning scheming from Hayato that Kira's plan fails and Josuke can step in to save the day.
