It is the stand of Daniel J. D'Arby. The stand works best in cooperation with D'Arby's cheating skills. The stand takes away the souls of a person if they lose a bet against D'Arby.
Also, it is impossible to regain the soul of the person that Osiris has taken unless D'Arby decides to do so. D'Arby's ability to trick and deceit people makes facing him a real problem if the person is not careful enough.
8 SILVER CHARIOT
Silver Chariot is the stand of our beloved Frenchman, Polnareff. The stand primarily relies on its speed and precision. Polnareff trained with his stand for a very long time, which made its speed and precision terrifying.
The stand can also shed its protective armor to increase its speed, however, it leaves the stand more prone to serious damage.
7 MAGICIAN'S RED
Magician's Red is the stand of Muhammad Avdol. It is a pretty strong stand that can freely control fire. The stand's power can be very lethal in close combat as its fire can even melt armor easily.
Avdol preferred to use the stand in open space in order to maximize its destructive power. The stand's biggest weakness is water, which is pretty obvious. Other than that, the stand has no notable weakness.
6 THE FOOL
The Fool is the stand of Iggy. Joseph Joestar believed that Iggy's stand could be a real game-changer only if they could convince him to fight by their side.
The stand can control sand freely and the sand it manipulates has a bit more unique properties than ordinary sand. Also, Iggy could not be harmed if the sand is attacked by another stand. Another powerful weapon that the Fool possesses is its ability to shapeshift. The stand can shapeshift into people as well as objects that Iggy required.
5 HANGED MAN
Hanged Man is the stand of J. Geil. The stand attacks via reflections, which make it very difficult to defend against. The stand attacks a person or an object's reflection. The stand can move through any type of reflective surface.
Hanged Man moves at the speed of light and only an extremely fast stand can attack it when it moves between reflective surfaces. The stand's biggest weakness that one can predict its movement as it only moves in a linear direction while moving from one reflecting surface to another.
4 HIEROPHANT GREEN
Hierophant Green is one of the most versatile stands in the entire JoJo series. It is a long-distance stand. The stand is able to enter the bodies of other people and control them.
This protects the stand from being damaged. Another useful ability of the stand is that it is able to create a network of sensitive strings. Kakyoin used this ability against DIO in order to figure out how his stand really operated.
3 CREAM
Cream is the stand of Vanilla Ice, who was perhaps DIO's most loyal disciple. Vanilla Ice could have easily wiped out the entire Joestar group with his stand.
Cream's ability to disintegrate everything in its path is truly frightening. The only one immune to its disintegration is Vanilla Ice. It only took an instant for Vanilla Ice to get rid of Avdol. The biggest drawback of Cream is that Vanilla cannot see anything while inside the portal, so he must come out to see his target.
2 THE WORLD
The World's ability was a mystery until the very end of Part 3. The Joestar group only found out its ability due to Kakyoin. Kakyoin had to sacrifice his life in order to find out how the stand really operated.
The World could have become the strongest stand in the entire series had DIO managed to stay alive for a longer time. According to DIO, he would slowly be able to stop time indefinitely. The World's attack power, speed, and the ability to stop time made it a truly frightening stand.
1 STAR PLATINUM
There is really no doubt that Star Platinum is the strongest stand in Stardust Crusaders. It is the stand of Jotaro Kujo. The stand is akin to DIO's stand, which was admitted by Jotaro himself.
The stand has insane physical power and it reacts at the speed of light. However, what truly makes Star Platinum one of the strongest stands is its ability to stop time for a few seconds.
