Popular anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure rebooted itself in the third story arc, Stardust Crusaders. From that point on, stands became the central feature of the combat system, physical manifestations of the user's soul. Some are humanoid, some looks like weapons. And they are all practically unique, from Star Platinum to Killer Queen to Aerosmith.

One of the stand users in the Golden Wind arc is Leone Abbacchio, who uses the humanoid stand called Moody Blues. It has limited hitting power, but it can recreate a person from the past, so Abbacchio can get clues and figure out a situation like a super forensics scientist. But what if he lost Moody Blues and could choose a new stand to replace it? He'll need something solid that can help him survive the mean streets of Italy, and not all stands are up to the job.

10 Wants: Hermit Purple

Joseph infusing Hermit Purple with Hamon in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.

This is the stand of Joseph Joestar, and it can serve a roughly similar purpose as Moody Blues. It can create photographs or live video feeds of a chosen subject, no matter how far away that subject may be. With this stand, Joseph took a remote picture of DIO, and Avdol deduced DIO's location from that photo.

Abbacchio could use a stand like that to keep tabs on rival gang members or troublesome authority figures, and that'll make any street deal go much more smoothly. Knowledge is power, after all.

9 Doesn't Want: Magician's Red

magician's red jojo

There isn't anything wrong with Magician's Red, but then again, this stand isn't very clever in its execution, either. It's a basic fire slinger of a stand, conjuring fireballs to throw at the enemy and try to burn them up. Avdol sure likes using it, at least.

Abbacchio would rather have a trickier stand, and he wouldn't like how incredibly flashy Magician's Red is, either. All those fireballs would draw a lot of attention to him, and that's the last thing he needs in the mean streets of Naples or Rome.

8 Wants: Tower Of Gray

tower of gray jojos

At first, this beetle-like stand seems kind of lame, but in the right hands and he right situation, it can outclass many other stands in the series. Tower of Gray can fly around and it moves so fast that not even Star Platinum can catch it.

Abbacchio would like Tower of Gray's movement profile, and this beetle stand can also tear out an opponent's tongue. That's a great technique for captured members of other gangs, or for making a discreet show of force.

7 Doesn't Want: Dark Blue Moon

dark blue moon

This particular stand is like a mermaid, but with deadly combat powers. It performs best in the water, as its fins and scaly skin would suggest, and the impostor Captain Tennille showed how potent Dark Blue Moon can be when fighting Jotaro.

A stand that requires a large body of water is a bit restricting, though. True, Venice has its canals, but even then, Abbacchio would rather not have his stand's combat effectiveness tied so closely to the battlefield.

6 Wants: Aerosmith

aerosmith jojo's bizarre adventure narancia stand

This is the stand of Narancia Ghirga, one of Abbacchio's own teammates. Aerosmith is an effective ranged stand, taking the form of a toy airplane, complete with machine guns and a single bomb. It can tear its enemies apart during its strafing runs, and fly around to avoid return fire.

That's solid, and better yet, Aerosmith comes with a radar that can track a person's breathing and show their location on a floating radar screen. Abbacchio could use that to track a fleeing opponent through the back alleys of a city or town.

5 Doesn't Want: Highway Star

Highway Star Diamond Is Unbreakable JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

Now it's time for one of the stands of Diamond is Unbreakable: Highway Star. This humanoid stand is a sort of assassin and parasite, chasing a target all over the place so it can drain their nutrients. Those bodily nutrients are then transferred to the user.

That's fine if the user is forced to lay low for awhile — Highway Star is a remote stand — but Abbacchio has no particular need for a power like that. Creating fake rooms to lure in victims and steal their nutrients? That's not part of Abbacchio's game plan.

4 Wants: Surface

surface stand

This particular stand is like the T-1000 terminator — once it finds a target, it can assume their likeness, changing from its wooden doll body into a convincing copy of the target. It may then go around and impersonate the real one.

Shapeshifters are great for infiltration, spying and sabotage, and Abbacchio could use a stand like Surface to spy on rival gangs or follow leads on an investigation. He could learn all kinds of things with this copycat stand.

3 Doesn't Want: Sun

the sun

This stand is an odd one. Named after the sun card of the tarot, it takes the form of the real-life sun, including a great deal of light and heat. In the story, this stand was used to try and cook Jotaro's crusader group into submission.

Abbacchio has no need for such a stand, which is an awkward fit anywhere outside of the desert, and far too flashy for mob work. Besides, it kills its opponents very slowly via heat, and Abbacchio doesn't have time to spare.

2 Wants: Cinderella

yukako

This stand may sound like a fairy tale, but its effect is actually very useful for a mobster like Leone Abbacchio. It's not a combat stand; instead, it will modify a person's face, swapping out facial features like a more advanced Mr. Potato Head.

Informants need to protect their identities, and so do high-profile mobsters who may attract the attention of assassins. So, Abbacchio could use Cinderella to keep his face one step ahead of his enemies and lend the same service to trusted allies. Just don't laugh at the name.

1 Doesn't Want: Atum

terrence with atum

This gamer stand belongs to Terrence D'Arby, the brother of Daniel J. D'Arby. Instead of gambling and cheating, Terrence challenges his enemies to video games, and if the enemy loses, Atum will steal their soul and put it into a doll.

That's a funny idea, but Abbacchio has no patience for Xbox or PlayStation shenanigans. He probably hasn't played video games before, and even if he was good at them, Atum does no good if Abbacchio is cornered in the streets. A turf war won't be settled with an impromptu video game tournament.
