Since the review embargo on The Last Jedi dropped earlier this week, critics' responses to the anticipated sequel have been overwhelmingly positive. Many reviewers declared director Rian Johnson's sequel as solid a Star Wars film as Empire Strikes Back, if not better. The film is on track to have a tremendous opening box office weekend worldwide, with the United States audiences alone expected to account for around $200 million.
