Comedian John Mulaney recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he spoke with Fallon about his role as Spider-Ham in the upcoming Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Part of the interview involved Mulaney sharing his humorous, profanity-laden outtakes with the audience.

Mulaney told the audience that when he was first offered the role, he wasn’t told the title of the film or shown the script. He only discovered he’d be playing Spider-Ham, an animated pig with spider powers and a penchant for outdated jokes, when he met with writer Rodney Rothman. Though he went in blind, he was encouraged to "have fun with it and, you know, add your own words.” So, Mulaney ran with it... and decided to curse consistently in more than one take.

We've already heard Spider-Ham's theme song, but it's impossible to not laugh imagining Peter Porker asking, “And how the f--- exactly is he gonna do that?” Or responding to one of his Spider-Hero allies with: “Two days? I’ve been Spider-Ham for 30 f---ing years.” The movie's PG rating means that none of these lines will appear in the final product, but, according to Mulaney, the film's crew told him it was all in good fun.
