The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that Mangaeniello and his brother Nick recently visited the UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh with a large selection of copies of the game for the young patients at the hospital. The pair, who grew up playing the game together, introduced the franchise to the children and played with them for a day, helping them figure out the rules of the game and set up their own campaigns.

“I think at the heart of this game, it’s about immersion, and it’s about being able to step out of reality for a little while," Manganeniello shared. "And when it comes to Children’s Hospital and kids, [who are] here for a while, I think that becomes really necessary. Kids should be allowed to play… to be kids while they’re going through these medical issue that are forcing them not to be kids, but to be grownups.”
