Manhwa may be new to the anime scene, with Tower of God and The God of High School being one of the only manhwa adaptions, but Jin Mori has been a well-known powerful character since it's debut on Naver Webtoon on April 8, 2011.
However, Naruto has been in the shounen genre since it was published in Japan in 1997ーand he makes a formidable opponent as he grows throughout the series. Although both Mori and Naruto are insanely powerful in the anime scene, the most important question remainsーif the two were to duke it out, who would be the victor?
10 Naruto: Power Levels
Naruto has various forms throughout the series, ranging from Nine-Tails Chakra Mode to Sage of Six Paths Mode. Although Mori has different forms as well, the one displayed in the anime is the one anime-only watchers know about.
In comparison, Naruto has various forms that would give him a tough fight, giving Naruto the edge in certain situations.
9 Jin Mori: Unpredictability
One thing about watching a fight with Mori is one will never be boredーthis star-eyed protagonist has levels of unpredictability other shounen protagonists don't.
Just when fans think he's down for the count or doesn't know how to defeat an enemy, Mori betrays expectations and defeats his opponents in a way they would never expect. Mori is great at thinking up battle tactics on the fly, as is Naruto, but he may have the edge over on him.
8 Naruto: Stamina
Because Naruto has had the Nine-Tails, Kurama, inside of him since birth, he has immense levels of chakra, as well as stamina. This was put on display when Naruto and Sasuke fought for the first and especially last fight, as they fought for an entire day.
Sasuke ran out of chakra before Naruto did, as he also had use of Sage Mode to gather natural energy and an extra boost of chakra from Kurama.
7 Jin Mori: Battle Sense
Naruto and Mori's battle senses are almost on par with the otherーbut Mori ultimately takes the cake for best battle senses, as he has never lost a fight until being forced to enter the God of High School tournament.
The way Mori is able to come up with ways to defeat his opponent while being beaten up by them is incredible, as well as the quickness in bouncing back and changing strategies. This would put even Naruto in a tough spot.
6 Naruto: Battle Smarts
Battle sense and battle smarts are two different things, however. Even if Mori can concoct a plan to try and defeat Naruto, Naruto will counter back with the best of his abilities by trying to outsmart himーnot with the experience of his battles, but with clever planning.
At the beginning of Naruto when he never battled anyone before, he was shown to use what other ninja would call "cheap tricks" to outsmart a more experienced enemy. This was shown in his fight with Zabuza and Haku.
5 Jin Mori: Diverse Moveset
When someone thinks about Naruto, the first move fans would think about is either his signature Rasengan or Shadow Clone Jutsu. Naruto isn't one for diverse moves, which would put him in the hot seat against Mori.
Not only does Mori have two Jin Mori Originals which he put on display, but he also knows martial arts and Renewal Taekwondo.
4 Naruto: Speed
Naruto is the fastest ninja not only in the Hidden Leaf Village but in the world. He beat out his father, Minato, as well as the Raikage for this titleーand it was no easy feat.
Although Mori is shown to be fast, he probably wouldn't be able to catch up to Naruto in his original form.
3 Jin Mori: Adaptability
As shown in his fight against Park Ilpyo, Mori is extremely efficient when it comes to coming up with ways to defeat his opponent.
Whether that be finding a way to curb his predictability in battle or even using his opponents' attacks against him, Mori is sure to learn from his mistakes in battle, and fast. This would mark a tough time for Naruto.
2 Naruto: Amount Of Chakra
Naruto has multiple ways of receiving chakra. Not only does he have Nine-Tailed fox chakra constantly flowing through his body, but can also collect natural energy when he is in Sage Mode.
If Naruto is close to running out of chakra, he can make a clone, make it sit still for a while, and replenish himself as a backup plan. This would spell doom for Mori, as he doesn't have anything like that to counter Naruto.
1 Jin Mori: He's Actually A God
No matter how powerful Naruto may be with everything that occurred in Naruto, he did not defeat Kaguya alone. He had immense help from Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashiーand even then, they managed to seal her, and not kill her, as stated in Boruto.
Since Mori is not human and Sun Wukong, the Monkey King as well as a God adept at war and material arts, he would most likely win if they were to duke it out in the end. Not to mention since he is God, he is also immortalーand Naruto can die, as he is a human.
