Jim Lee has provided another sketch of a Batman villain for his charity auction. This latest sketch features the Master of Fear himself, Scarecrow. Lee has previously drawn other Batman villains including the Joker, Poison Ivy and Mister Zsasz.

The Scarecrow sketch is available on eBay until Friday, and has an asking price of $6,600 at the time of writing. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Book Industry Charitable Foundation.

In the sketch, Scarecrow's face is twisted in a horrific grimace. The stitching of his mask and his haunted stare add to the spooky imagery. The alternate ego of psychiatrist Doctor Jonathan Crane, Scarecrow uses his specialized fear toxin to torment his victims, bringing their worst fears to life.

Lee is holding the auction over sixty days, drawing a sketch featuring a different DC character for each day. BINC will use the proceeds from the auction to help local comic book shops in light of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

Lee has delved into other avenues, such as the #Creators4Comics initiative and spearheading a joint relief fund between DC Comics and Oni/Lion Forge, to support shots as well.
