Comedian Jim Belushi is looking for some anime recommendations."Any anime fans out there? I always loved Studio Ghibli after I worked with them - however, I don't know much else," the actor wrote on Twitter. "But, I just saw 'Your Name' and it blew me away. What is out there? C'mon, some of you guys have to be nerds. After putting out the tweet, Belushi received plenty of responses from all over the Twitterverse. Anime dubbing company Funimation replied, "Some of our all time favorites include Death Parade, Toradora!, Kaguya-sama: Love is War and anything from the Hosoda collection. The best part about anime is there's something for everyone, no matter what you're looking for!"

Anime streamer Crunchyroll chimed in as well, replying, "If you've got the time to invest in a series, can't recommend Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! enough, it's a love letter to the art of animation and the passion that makes ideas come alive on the screen."

Animation director and storyboard artist Jay Olivia replied, "'Your name' is my all time favorite. 'Cowboy Bebop' is an excellent series. 'Wolf Children' and any of the Satoshi Kon films like 'Millenium actress', 'Perfect Blue,' or 'Paprika' etc are excellent films that surpass many live-action films."

More anime recommendations came from Star Wars podcast host Anthony Carboni, voice actors negnog and Stephanie Sheh and anime archival website RetroCrush.

Belushi is best known for his role on the sitcom According to Jim. He has also appeared in Saturday Night Live, Trading Places, The Ghost Writer and Twin Peaks.
