In "Gotham" season two, "Gracepoint" star Jessica Lucas will appear as Tabitha "Tigress" Galavan, the latest villain to join the show's growing roster. TVLine reports that Lucas will play opposite James Frain's Theo, who earlier this week was announced as both Tigress' brother and a billionaire industrialist with his eye on taking over Gotham.

Newly arrived to the troubled city, Theo will seem like a savior at first: altruistic and charming. However, beneath that facade lies a sinister centuries-old vendetta, and he and his sister plan on creating some chaos in the streets of Gotham. Sexy, violent and wielding a bullwhip, Tabitha will act as the lead enforcer for her brother Theo. Where Theo will be cold and calculated, Tabitha will revel in and create chaos on the streets of Gotham.

Lucas has also appeared in "Melrose Place," "90210," "Friends With Benefits" and "CSI."

The sophomore season of the popular Fox television series will introduce the Galavans as the new villainous duo following Fish Mooney's demise. They will join "Gotham's" already hefty villain population, which currently consists of the Penguin, the Riddler and Two-Face. Appearances from Mr. Freeze and the Joker were also announced in the "Gotham" season two official description.

Starring Ben McKenzie, Donal Logue and David Mazouz, "Gotham" returns to Fox on Monday, Sept. 21 at 8 pm EST.
