Padalecki isn't alone in hyping up the last seven episodes of Supernatural; The CW recently shared a new promo for the end of its longest-running series. The promo showcases the relationship between the Winchester brothers, teasing "the end of the end." Earlier this month, The CW tweeted a poster featuring Padalecki and co-star Jensen Ackles to announce the series' return on Oct. 8.

The final season of Supernatural started airing back in January but was forced to halt due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Airing on March 23, the last episode left fans with a cliffhanger as Lucifer's son Jack (Alexander Calvert) started on a mission to kill God (Rob Benedict) and the Winchesters chose to leave behind their ally, the angel Castiel (Misha Collins). Ahead of the episode, showrunner Andrew Dabb teased that the episode would be the last for a while, clarifying that the return of Supernatural was "not a matter of 'if', [it was] a matter of 'when.'"

Starring Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Misha Collins, and Alexander Calvert, the final seven episodes of Supernatural begin airing on Oct. 8 on The CW. Fans looking to catch up can stream the first fourteen seasons of Supernatural on Netflix.
