During an interview with Screen Junkies at the CCXP in Brazil, the "Fast & Furious" star said, "I think if it’s up to ["Guardians of the Galaxy" director] James Gunn, you are going to see a Groot and Rocket movie after 'Infinity War.' I think that’s highly possible. We shall see."

Of course, this isn't firm confirmation that a Rocket/Groot movie is in the works, but perhaps Diesel is privy to confidential information after working with Gunn on both "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies.

Well, Diesel wasn't done speculating on future MCU events -- as he had this to offer regarding the Incredible Hulk and his lovable tree character: "I know that, somewhere in the universe, you are going to see Groot and Hulk battle. You can write it somewhere. You are going to see that poster: Hulk vs. Groot."

After the record-breaking premiere of the "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" teaser trailer, it's certainly possible fans would go wild for a Groot/Hulk throw-down...
