James Gunn is back in the director's chair for Marvel Studios' "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2", which started production this morning. To celebrate the occasion, he posted a picture of said chair on Facebook, along with a perfectly apt Whitesnake quote: "To quote the great poet David Coverdale, Here I Go Again." It may not be the juiciest of behind-the-scenes teases, but come on, it's Day 1 of filming.

Of course, whether or not that's a hint that Whitesnake appears in the film's soundtrack -- which will follow the success of the '70s and '80s hit-filled 2014 original -- remains to be seen.

"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" is scheduled for release on May 5, 2017.
