YouTube personality Jake Paul claims undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather tried to have him killed during the buildup to Mayweather's fight against his brother, Logan Paul.

Jake Paul, who first got his start on YouTube, has become quite a controversial internet sensation throughout the years. Paul, who used to be a Disney star, was fired ahead of the third and final season of Bizaardvark following complaints by his neighbors. Despite his behavior, though, Paul managed to amass an astounding 20 million subscribers on YouTube. However, these days, both Jake and Logan Paul are best known for challenging others to boxing matches, including Mayweather. In the aftermath of Logan's fight against Mayweather back in June, Jake has made some serious accusations against Mayweather on the Full Send Podcast.

According to Paul, the incident goes back to the press conference held prior to their fight over the summer. During the press event, Paul and Mayweather came face to face, with Paul ultimately taking Mayweather's hat off his head, much to the latter's anger. "We're, like, genuinely making this old guy feel stupid and we legitimately hurt his feelings," Paul said on the podcast. "He was trying to get me killed behind the scenes, for sure."

Paul went on to claim his security detail was alerted that Mayweather was contacting "gangsters" and "street people" with the intention of doing "something." Paul evidently took this as meaning the boxer wanted to end his life. Mayweather has yet to comment on the accusations made by Paul.
