Earlier this month, Jaimie Alexander was pretty clear in her answer when asked if she was returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe for "Thor: Ragnarok." With a simple "Yes," the actor confirmed that Lady Sif would stand alongside the titular god of thunder when the mythical end of days arrives in 2017.

Now, in an interview promoting "Blindspot," her new NBC series, Alexander doubles down on her initial confirmation. "I will be in "Thor 3" and that Sif will have a very pivotal part in that movie," Alexander tells the LA Times. "I just can't tell you what because I'll get shot."

Alexander also says that eagle-eyed fans might be able to begin piecing together what's in store for Marvel's Asgardians when they return in the next Thor film.

"There's a lot of great stuff they've peppered in through "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.," "The Avengers," "Captain [America: Civil War]" will have some stuff," Alexander told the Times. "There's just all kind of Easter eggs and hints, if you're really paying attention. They're so good at interweaving everything throughout those films."

"Thor: Ragnarok" is slated to arrive in theaters November 3, 2017.
