A preview for the upcoming Marvel's Storyboards web television series shows Hugh Jackman offering pointers on how to channel oneâs inner Wolverine. The 12-second clip, posted to Jackmanâs Twitter, shows him being interviewed by show host and Marvel Executive Vice President and Creative Director Joe Quesada. Quesada jokingly asks if the actor could show him "how to grunt and yell like Wolverine, like properly," followed by a few scenes of them growling and air-punching in place."One would think after thousands of interviews on playing #Wolverine Iâd be immune to the bait of being asked to leave my chair. Not so," Jackman captioned the video.
Jackman famously debuted as Wolverine in Bryan Singer's X-Men, which recently celebrated the twentieth anniversary of its theatrical release. He went on to reprise his role across eight more live-action movies, including the original X-Men trilogy, solo films (Logan, The Wolverine) and quick cameos (X-Men: First Class). For a generation of Marvel fans, Jackson is Wolverine and this video shows he still knows how to embrace his inner berserker rage post-Logan.
