Jackman Promises Final Wolverine Film Will "Leave Everything Out on the Table"

Though it's been talked about for years, the next Wolverine film -- Hugh Jackman's final Wolverine film, according to the actor -- remains shrouded in mystery. In a recent interview promoting "Pan," however, Jackman shared an update on the movie's progress.

"We are writing, and we are getting closer and closer," Jackman told EW of the script, which is being written by "The Wolverine" director James Mangold. "We're at about page 60 right now, and I'm really, really excited about it."

The film does not yet have a start date, and Jackman says that's how it will remain until they have the "perfect" script. "It matters too much to me," he explained. "I care too much about the character and the audience. When you say it's going to be our last one -- I want to leave everything out on the table."
