Loosely based on the DC/Vertigo comic of the same name by Chris Roberson and Mike Allred, iZombie tells the story of med student turned zombie Liv Moore. She eventually discovers that she assumes the personality of the people whose brains she consumes, which helps at her job at the morgue with helping cops solve crimes. The third season ended with the world being informed that zombies exist, and Liv's friend Ravi ingesting a vaccine for the zombie virus, and urging Liv to scratch him to test it out.

The series came under scrutiny last year following allegations of sexual assault involving actor Robert Knepper. The network conducted an internal inquiry, and subsequently announced it found no evidence of misconduct on the iZombie set. Actors Rose McIver and Rahul Kohli later offered their own separate statements. Knepper was promoted to series regular for Season 4.

Returning Monday, Feb. 26, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, iZombie stars Rose McIver, Rahul Koli, Malcolm Goodwin, Robert Buckley, David Anders, Aly Michalka, and Robert Knepper.
