With coronavirus (COVID-19) still plaguing many countries across the world, Attack on Titan creator Hajime Isayama has issued a precaution using characters from his popular series.Shared by the Attack on Titan Wiki Twitter account, a drawing by Isayama shows several Attack on Titan characters as they wash their hands. One of the best-selling manga series of all time, Attack on Titan imagines a world plagued by gigantic humanoid beasts called Titans. Written and drawn by Isayama, the series had its Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine premiere in 2009 and is still currently running. However, Isayama recently hinted that he may be done with the series soon, claiming that he only had "about 5%" left to write.

Meanwhile, the manga has inspired novels, a live-action film and one of the most popular running anime series.

New confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease keep coming in from all over the world, with the United States reporting over 2 million. Currently, there have been over 114 thousand deaths in the United States due to coronavirus, with 606 thousand having recovered.

As recommended by the World Health Organization, frequent hand-washing is one of the methods that can help prevent coronavirus's spread. Other recommendations include practicing social distancing, staying at home when possible and wearing a mask while out in public.
