A brave Marvel fan showed off their fully-functioning Iron Man helmet while on the back of a motorcycle.

A video shared by Kubilay Yilmaz (@kubilayyilmaz44) on Instagram, showed the user wearing an automated Iron Man helmet while riding a motorcycle. While Yilmaz is wearing the helmet for the video, it is not an actual motorcycle helmet and should not be used as such. The helmet itself was first designed and sold by JoeToys in 2020.

While the helmet shown in the video resembles the Silver Centurion armor from Iron Man 3, it is actually modeled after Tony Stark’s Mark V armor, also known as the Suitcase Suit, used in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Iron Man 2 and Iron Man 3. Currently, there are two versions of the helmet available on the JoeToys website. The first is the MKV Helmet V.1, which is priced at $300 and sold out at the time of writing. The second, however, is the MKV Helmet V.2, which features chromed face plates with a mirrored finish. The V.2 is available for pre-order and priced at $339.

Per the company’s website, JoeToys' goal is to "build suits of armors designed from movies, comic books and video games." According to JoeToys, everything the company sells can be customized and is made using a combination of 3D printing, silicon modeling (as well as fiberglass, latex and resin), EVA foam, and painting. Each Iron Man helmet includes changeable red and white eye lights, changeable red and blue ear lights, greetings from J.A.R.V.I.S. along with other sound effects, voice control operations available in either English or Chinese and a face plate that is able to open and close via a remote control.

Other features available on the MKV helmet include an ear touch sensor. Both helmets fit a head circumference of up to 23 inches. Batteries are not included, though the package does include an instruction manual. However, either helmet can come with an optional Infinity Saga display stand, though this ups the price to $445 for MKV V.1 and $484 for MKV V.2. For fans who would like to pre-order the MK5 Helmet V.2, there is a six week maximum wait time for shipping.

Iron Man 3 was the third film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Iron Man trilogy and Robert Downey Jr.'s last solo outing as Tony Stark. Iron Man 3 was described by filmmaker Kevin Smith as one of Marvel's first true auteur films, crediting director and co-writer Shane Black with changing the blueprint for storytelling in the MCU.

All three Iron Man movies are currently available to stream on Disney+. V.2 of the MKV helmet is currently available for pre-order on JoeToys.
