The following contains spoilers for Thor #25, on sale now from Marvel Comics.

Marvel's Iron Man is entering into Thor and the Hulk's gigantic battle, and he's doing so with a massive armor upgrade.

Thor #25 comes from writer Donny Cates, artist Martin Coccolo, color artist Matt Wilson and letterer VC's Joe Sabino. In the issue, Thor and the Hulk's fight have taken them into space aboard Starship Hulk. A confrontation between Odin and Bruce Banner sends Hulk into a confused state, unsure whether or not he's still inside the Starship Hulk simulation or not. At the same time, Thor announces the calvary has arrived as Iron Man/Tony Stark makes his way onto the scene with some new, gigantic armor that looks like a mix between a Celestial, Tony's Hulkbuster equipment and Asgard's Destroyer.

"Hey Bruce," Iron Man says as the armor begins descending. "Long time no smash. Sorry to have to do this, big guy...but I'm gonna have to ask you to step out of the vehicle." Given that Hulk is unsure whether or not what he's seeing is real and might think the armor is there to challenge him, Iron Man's arrival could spark a massive fight between the two characters in future issues.

Solicit information for Hulk #7, the next chapter in the Banner of War crossover, further hints at Iron Man's involvement in the giant-sized event. It reads, "BANNER OF WAR” PART THREE! In the third installment of the epic crossover between the HULK and THOR series, Iron Man interrupts a pivotal moment of Hulk and Thor’s battle to settle a score. Equipped with new “Celestial Hulkbuster” armor of his own design, Tony is convinced that he can ensure Thor’s victory and Hulk’s capture. But sometimes what you don’t know really can hurt you…"

Earler in Thor #25, Odin entered into Bruce Banner's head and got him to reveal what happened in the mysterious El Paso incident, which sent the events of Banner of War into motion. When confronted by bikers who were infected by some kind of rage virus at a bar, Banner was taken over by some other force -- not the Hulk, but something "new" and "horrifying." He proceeded to brutally kill seventeen and set the building on fire before regaining control over himself. "If that fury that's inside of me cannot be tamed -- cannot be forgiven or mended -- even after beating the devil...then I would use it," Banner tells Odin. "Like he used me."
